Growing up in Los Angeles, James Perse was inspired by the laid-back East Coast lifestyle and the creative spirits of the area. Surrounded by his father's clothing boutique business, Maxfield, it was coincidentally Perse's love for sports that drove him to a career in fashion. Unable to find a well designed baseball cap, Perse began to create his own, the success of which, eventually lead to him to launch his casual luxe T-shirt line in 1994. Shortly after, Perse debuted his eponymous women's and men's lines. With an inherently cool vibe, James Perse's men's clothing range covers all your casual dressing needs.
